Our previous work includes everything from a standard brick and block tiled addition to a period oak framed construction along with contemporary projects built using a combination of masonry, steel and glass. Regardless of the construction or the value, all our work is to the highest standard of workmanship.

Any purpose made joinery connected with your extension could be manufactured in our own factory to give total control of programme and fitting to achieve a seamless finish.

We can also give a complete design & planning service if required.

Working with private clients, designers and architects, we have obtained extensive experience and in depth knowledge in this sector. Over the years we have provided some unique interiors following renovation and refurbishment of the existing structures using both traditional and innovative building techniques, which is further reinforced by our own joinery and cabinet making factory to achieve the seamless finish.

New Builds

Over the years we have carried out a number of new build projects from Domestic Houses to rural Farm Houses to Private School Buildings. Whether commissioned by private clients, architects or even our own Developments, our attention to detail is outstanding. It is our belief that to achieve such high standards and detail, every project must have meticulous planning to successfully integrate all products and materials to a seamless finish.

We are registered house builders with the NHBC and through our in house team, we can offer a full planning, design and/or build package. We offer services by way of either competitive tendering or negotiated contract and have unrivalled reputation for service and quality of finish.

Design & Planning

With our expert design and planning team, we can produce detailed Planning and Building Regulation drawings and information associated with building operations.

We offer advice, experience and design in space planning and sustainable energy systems.

For our Joinery and Cabinetry clientele we can offer detailed designs in respect of bespoke joinery and custom made furniture and kitchens.

To complement our expert and professional use of computer aided design we can offer visual images & renders of the finished article, whether it’s a Kitchen or an Extension. This gives the opportunity and advantage of realistic images prior to commencement.

Drawing Services

We offer fully skilled and experienced drafting services; from our office team we can produce hand drawn draftsman’s plans or now more commonly, computer aided plans from our CAD Draftsman.

Working from our ethos of ‘detail’ ‘detail’ ‘detail’ we can unquestionably state that our drawings will not only be the most detailed in design and presentation you will see, but they will actually work.

Due to our vast experience, expertise and understanding of construction, regulations and products along with our ability to design and manufacture joinery and furniture – it goes without saying that whatever we draw has been designed and drawn to work in the real world. Also, due to our ability to actually build and manufacture whatever we draw, whether it is a window or a house, it gives us a distinct advantage over others as we are able to design and consider economic construction details to suit all budgets.

Our services can either be ad hoc by the hour or firm sum priced depending on the requirements.

Planning Services

Through our in-house team, we can offer individual plans advice and applications to the Local Authority. Acting as your Agent, we can submit, liaise and follow through any Planning Application you wish to make to obtain the consents you may need to help build your proposal.

We offer full Drafting Services by hand or more commonly by our CAD Draftsman to produce the required plans to accompany specific applications. Our services are individually tailored to suit the client from a simple application submission to full design, space planning and architectural services. We can do as much or as little as you need to suit your requirements.

Design

Design is where we excel; give us a window, a cabinet or maybe a whole house with a brief outline of what you want and how it needs to work around you and then let us do our magic. We have the ability, flare and experience to bring your concepts to life.

Renewable & Sustainable Technologies

We are committed, if not governed to encourage renewable and sustainable systems into our building projects. The idea that we can provide the needs of the present without comprising the ability of future generations to meet their needs cannot be questioned.

There is no doubt that to integrate such systems into our projects requires a larger capital outlay that can take many years to realise the initial investment. Many new builds now require a certain level of sustainability to be met as conditions of the planning. Although some are optional, some clients choose to make this investment and it is vital that the technology works and integrates into the building fabric correctly to achieve maximum benefit.

We have the experience of this integration having installed Ground Source Heat Pumps, Air Source Heat Pumps, Water Harvesting, Solar Energy and Wind Energy etc. into our building projects. We are able to offer unbiased and practical solutions to achieve efficiency from these technologies to make your build as sustainable as it can be to suit your budget.
